The spaghetti with clams are a classic dish of the Neapolitan tradition. In this recipe, thanks to the addition of the Puglia Sapori Pepper Tarallini, we will see how to combine Apulia and Campania in one tempting dish which is very easy to make.
First you need to brown the garlic with the olive oil and, when it’s done, add the washed clams and make them boil until they open. While you wait for the spaghetti to cook, shell the clams and put them in a pan, leaving some to decorate the plates. When the pasta is ready add it to the clams, then add the parsley and the Puglia Sapori pepper tarallini.
